والهدف واحد، فمنطقة الشرق الأوسط تزخر بآمال كبيرة وتموج بتيارات قوية تطالب شعوبها بالإصلاح حتى تحقق هذه الشعوب أهدافها وتتحمل مسؤولية الوفاء بنصيبها في شراكة المستقبل الإنساني بكل ما يصحب ذلك من تحديات وما يفتحه من آفاق للإنسانية جمعاء.

The goal is one and the same, as the Middle East is brimming with great hopes and aspirations for reforms so that our peoples will be able to take their rightful place in history and respond to the challenges facing us and humankind at large.

L’objectif est le même : la région du Moyen-Orient nourrit de grandes ambitions et est balayée par de forts courants; ses populations revendiquent des réformes pour pouvoir atteindre leurs objectifs et assumer leur part de responsabilité dans les destinées de l’humanité avec tout ce que cela implique comme défis à relever et comme possibilités pour l’humanité tout entière.
