وأبلغت اللجنة الاستشارية بأن شعبة المشتريات غير قادرة على قياس أدائها باستمرار من حيث الوقت اللازم لإجراء عملية الشراء، لأن النظام الحالي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات ليس مصمما لتوفير هذه المعلومات.

The Advisory Committee was informed that the Procurement Division is not able to consistently measure its performance in terms of the time required to process a procurement action because the present information technology system is not designed to provide this information.
