تأكد الحُكم من محكمة الاستئناف بمدينة غزة في 2 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2011، ومن محكمة النقض في 29 فبراير/شباط، حسبما أفاد المركز الفلسطيني لحقوق الإنسان.
