The Contractor shall indemnify, hold and save harmless and defend, at its own expense, ISA, its officers, agents, servants and employees from and against all suits, claims, demands and liability of any nature or kind, including costs and expenses arising out of acts or omissions of the Contractor or his employees or sub‐Contractors in the performance of this Contract.

Le contractant s’engage à indemniser, défendre et mettre hors de cause l’Autorité, ses fonctionnaires, préposés et agents, à ses frais, en cas de poursuites, contestations, réclamations et actions en responsabilité de quelque sorte que ce soit, y compris de tous frais et dépenses occasionnés par tous actes ou omissions imputables au contractant, ou à ses préposés ou à l’un de ses sous-traitants à l’occasion de l’exécution du contrat.
