Those who prevent the lawful exercise of the freedom to assemble or demonstrate, or who seriously disturb the proceedings of a lawful assembly or demonstration shall be punished with a sentence of imprisonment of two to three years if the acts are perpetrated with violence, and with a sentence of imprisonment from three to six months or a fine from six to twelve months if committed by imposition or any other unlawful procedure.

Los que impidieren el legítimo ejercicio de las libertades de reunión o manifestación, o perturbaren gravemente el desarrollo de una reunión o manifestación lícita serán castigados con la pena de prisión de dos a tres años si los hechos se realizaran con violencia, y con la pena de prisión de tres a seis meses o multa de seis a 12 meses si se cometieren mediante vías de hecho o cualquier otro procedimiento ilegítimo.
