واستجابة لمقرر المجلس التنفيذي 2011/24: تقارير مكاتب الأخلاقيات التابعة لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي وصندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان ومكتب الأمم المتحدة لخدمات المشاريع، والذي أعلن المجلس التنفيذي بموجبه أنه ”يتطلع إلى النظر في التقارير السنوية المقبلة لمكاتب الأخلاقيات التابعة للمنظمات الثلاث، عملاً بالمقرر 2010/17، ولا سيما التوصيات الموجهة إلى الإدارة التي تعزز ثقافة النزاهة والامتثال في المنظمة”، وبناءً على التوصية التي قدمها مكتب الأخلاقيات التابع لصندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان، وسّعت الإدارة العليا عضوية لجنة العمليات التابعة للصندوق، والتي يرأسها اثنان من نواب المدير التنفيذي للصندوق، لكي تضم مكتب الأخلاقيات.

In consonance with Executive Board decision 2011/24: Reports of the ethics offices of UNDP, UNFPA and UNOPS, wherein the Executive Board “looks forward to the consideration of future annual reports of the ethics offices of the three organizations, pursuant to decision 2010/17, particularly recommendations to management that will strengthen the organizational culture of integrity and compliance” and in response to the recommendation made by the UNFPA Ethics Office, the Fund’s senior management expanded the membership of the UNFPA Operations Committee, which is chaired by the two UNFPA Deputy Executive Directors, to include the Ethics Office.

En consonancia con la decisión 2011/24 de la Junta Ejecutiva: informes de las oficinas de ética del PNUD, el UNFPA y la UNOPS, en la que la Junta Ejecutiva “[a]guarda con interés el examen de los próximos informes anuales de las oficinas de ética de las tres organizaciones, presentados con arreglo a la decisión 2010/17, en particular las recomendaciones a la administración que fortalezcan la cultura institucional de integridad y cumplimiento”, y en respuesta a las recomendaciones formuladas por la Oficina de Ética del UNFPA, los directivos superiores del Fondo ampliaron la composición del Comité de Operaciones del UNFPA, que está presidido por los dos Directores Ejecutivos Adjuntos de la organización, para incluir a la Oficina de Ética.

Conformément à la décision 2011/24 du Conseil d’administration : Rapports des Bureaux de la déontologie du PNUD, du FNUAP et de l’UNOPS, dans laquelle le Conseil d’administration « attend avec intérêt de prendre connaissance des futurs rapports annuels que les bureaux de la déontologie des trois organisations doivent présenter conformément à la décision 2010/17, et en particulier des recommandations à l’Administration tendant à renforcer la culture d’intégrité et de conformité au sein de ces organisations » et, en réponse à la recommandation formulée par le Bureau de la déontologie du FNUAP, l’équipe dirigeante du Fonds a inclus à la composition du Comité des opérations du FNUAP, présidé par les deux Directeurs exécutifs adjoints, le Bureau de la déontologie.
