وبموجب الفقرة 3 من اللائحة الخاصة بممارسة الرقابة الحكومية على عمليات النقل الدولي للبضائع المخصصة للأغراض العسكرية، التي تم إقرارها بالقرار رقم 1807 الصادر عن مجلس وزراء أوكرانيا في 20 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003، فإن النقل الدولي لتلك البضائع يجوز أن يتم عن طريق شركة للنقل الدولي للبضائع، أو عن طريق شركة تجارية أجنبية تحمل التصريح أو الترخيص الصادر عن الهيئة الحكومية للرقابة على الصادرات.

Pursuant to paragraph 3 of the procedure for State control of international transfers of military goods, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Decision No. 1807 of 20 November 2003, international transfers of such goods may be carried out by an entity undertaking international transfers of goods or by a foreign economic entity that is in possession of the relevant licence or certificate from the State Export Control Service.

De conformidad con el punto 3 del Procedimiento de control estatal de las transferencias internacionales de artículos de uso militar aprobado mediante la disposición No. 1807 del Gabinete de Ministros de Ucrania, de 20 de noviembre de 2003, entidades de comercio exterior o entidades económicas extranjeras pueden realizar transferencias internacionales de artículos, siempre que posean el permiso correspondiente del Servicio Estatal de Control de las Exportaciones.

Conformément au point 3 du règlement régissant le contrôle des transferts internationaux de biens militaires et à double usage adopté par le décret no 1807 du Cabinet des ministres en date du 20 novembre 2003, le transfert international de ces biens peut être effectué par une entité économique nationale ou étrangère à condition qu’elle ait reçu l’autorisation voulue du Département de contrôle des exportations.

В соответствии с п.3 Порядка осуществления государственного контроля за международными передачами товаров военного назначения, утвержденного постановлением Кабинета Министров Украины от 20.11.2003 No 1807, международная передача таких товаров может производится субъектом осуществления международных передач товаров или иностранным субъектом хозяйственной деятельности при наличии у него соответствующего разрешения или вывода Госэкспортконтроля.
