Two primary treatments were executed: dissolved air flotation and electroflotation at 5, 15 and 30 minutes, respectively, with an adjusted pH of 5 and the use of the electrolytic medium with H2SO4. Subsequently, the coagulation-flocculation technology was applied, using 40 ml of 0,075% aluminum polychloride and 23 ml of the 0,1% anionic polyelectrolyte adjuvant. The experimental designs that were used, allowed us to conclude that the best treatment was the dissolved air flotation method with a residence time of 5 minutes, due to the turbidity removal of 99,5%; COD of 99,5% and composition of oils and fat of 99,8%, reaching values of 5,2 NTU, 39,6 mg/l, 95,3 mg/l and 14 mg/l, respectively.

Para ello se realizaron dos pretratamientos: la flotación por aire disuelto y la electroflotación a tiempos de 5, 15 y 30 min, respectivamente, con un ajuste de pH a 5 y utilizando como medio electrolítico H2Los diseños experimentales utilizados permitieron determinar que el mejor tratamiento fue la aplicación del método del flotación por aire disuelto empleando un tiempo de 5 min, ya que se logró una remoción de turbidez del 99,5 %, de la DQO del 99.5 % y de la composición de aceites y grasas del 99,8 %, alcanzando valores de 5,2 NTU, 39,6 mg/l, 95,3 mg/l y 14 mg/l, respectivamente.
