وفي موعد الصرف، وعندما تكون تقلبات العملة قد أدت إلى تغيير طرأ على مكافئ دولار الولايات المتحدة من المبلغ الأصلي المحتفظ به، يتم تحمّل الفرق أو قيده لحساب نفس مصدر التمويل الذي جرى من أجله تسجيل الالتزام أو التعهد.

At the time of disbursement, where currency fluctuation has resulted in a change in the United States dollar equivalent from the original amount reserved, the difference is to be charged or credited to the same source of funding against which the Commitment or liability was recorded.
