The present invention relates to a direction control adapter which includes: an adapter body having a size corresponding to the virtual direction button part of a portable terminal including a touch screen, and having direction buttons on the upper portion thereof which protrude therefrom and are in one-to-one correspondence to the virtual direction buttons of the virtual direction button part; and a slip-resistant pad disposed under the adapter body to bring the adapter body into tight contact with the touch screen.
