A device and the relative process for the continuous, warm smearing of thin, hotmelt adhesive layer (7) onto a plastic film (8) to be coupled with a paper support, comprising a blade (1) dosing device for the hotmelt adhesive, with means for adjusting the width of the adhesive strip to be applied as well as the thickness of the same; also comprising a further device for applying the adhesive onto said plastic film, mainly consisting or coupled dispensing roller means (2) and pushing roller means (3); sensor means (5) for bearing, and adjusting the detachment position from the dispensing roller means (2) of the smeared film (8), and a device for further spreading and levelling of the film (8) consisting of the coupling of the spreading roller means (4) with pushing roller means (3), wherein the spreading roller means (4) may be possibly artificially cooled down.

Dispositif et procédé permettant d'appliquer en continu, à chaud, une couche mince de colle thermofusible (7) sur un film plastique (8) destiné à un support papier. Le dispositif comprend un dispositif de dosage à lame (1) pour doser la colle thermofusible, qui comporte un système permettant de régler la largeur du film de colle à appliquer, ainsi que son épaisseur; un autre dispositif pour appliquer la colle sur ledit film plastique, constitué principalement d'un cylindre de distribution (2) couplé à un cylindre pousseur (3); un moyen de détection (5) destiné à relever et régler la position où le film enduit (8) se détache du cylindre de distribution (2), et un dispositif pour étaler et niveler le film (8), constitué du couplage du cylindre pousseur (3) et du cylindre étaleur (4), ce dernier pouvant être refroidi artificiellement.
