This Agreement will immediately terminate upon your breach of any of your obligations in this Agreement (including any breach of your obligations in Sections 2, 5 or 10), which will result in forfeiture of any rights you may have to receive Updates or to obtain a refund for the portion of the subscription fee you have paid for the unexpired or unused portion of the Subscription Term.

사용자가 본 계약의 의무조항을 하나라도 위반할 경우(2절, 5절 또는 10절의 사용자 의무 위반 포함) 본 계약은 즉시 해지되며, 사용자가 업데이트를 수신할 수 있거나 구독 기간 중 만료되지 않거나 사용하지 않은 부분에 대하여 사용자가 기 지급한 구독료 부분을 환불받을 모든 권리가 박탈되는 결과를 초래합니다.
