This NOC Elective General Assembly took place in a democratic and transparent manner, in the presence of almost all the legitimate representatives of the Olympic Sports Federations in Panama, as recognised by their respective International Federations; the IOC member in Panama; as well as two athlete representatives duly elected by the NOC General Assembly, one of them being Olympic champion Mr Irving Saladino.

Esta Asamblea General electiva se celebró de manera democrática y transparente, en presencia de la gran mayoría de los representantes legítimos de las federaciones deportivas olímpicas en Panamá (reconocidas por sus respectivas federaciones internacionales), el miembro del COI en Panamá, así como los dos representantes de los atletas debidamente elegidos por la Asamblea General del CON, uno de ellos el campeón olímpico Irving Saladino.
