ويتم حالياً تقييم هذه اللوائح القانونية من حيث تطابقها مع قانون الاتحاد الأوروبي، وتعكف وزارة البيئة على إعداد تعديلات ذات صلة بها، كما ورد أيضاً في برنامج الدولة من أجل حماية البيئة والريف في الجمهورية التشيكية(323).
