If the customer is guilty of a serious breach of contract, which the customer does not remedy within 8 days of receiving a formal notice by registered mail, ScribeArts.be shall be entitled either (1) to suspend the agreement until the customer has fulfilled his/her obligations or (2) to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
