وفي ضوء رغبة دولة إسرائيل في إنهاء جميع أعمال العنف والإرهاب في المنطقة وتحقيق تسوية عن طريق التفاوض، إضافة إلى الجهود الجارية حاليا لتنشيط عملية السلام، تود إسرائيل أن تعرب عن أسفها لأن القرارات السابقة المتعلقة بجهود وكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق الأدنى (الأونروا) لا تزال حافلة بالخطب السياسية التي لا صلة لها بأعمال الوكالة مما يحوّل الاهتمام من الجهود المهمة التي تبذل حاليا.

In the light of the desire of the State of Israel to bring an end to all acts of violence and terrorism in the region and achieve a negotiated settlement, as well as the efforts currently under way to restart the peace process, Israel wishes to express its regret that the aforementioned resolutions, concerning the efforts of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), continue to be rife with irrelevant politicized rhetoric that detracts from the important efforts at hand.

Teniendo en cuenta el deseo del Estado de Israel de poner fin a todos los actos de violencia y terrorismo en la región y de lograr una solución negociada, así como los esfuerzos que actualmente se realizan para reiniciar el proceso de paz, Israel desea expresar que lamenta que las resoluciones antes mencionadas, relativas a las actividades del Organismo de Obras Públicas y Socorro de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados de Palestina en el Cercano Oriente (OOPS), sigan estando plagadas de una retórica politizada e improcedente, que atenta contra los importantes esfuerzos que se avecinan.

Compte tenu du fait qu’il souhaite mettre un terme à tous les actes de violence et de terrorisme dans la région et parvenir à un règlement négocié et que des efforts sont faits actuellement pour relancer le processus de paix, Israël déplore que les résolutions susmentionnées concernant l’Office de secours et de travaux des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés de Palestine dans le Proche-Orient (UNRWA) soient encombrées d’une rhétorique politisée qui détourne l’attention des importants efforts en question.

С учетом желания Государства Израиль положить конец всем актам насилия и терроризма в регионе и достичь урегулирования путем переговоров, а также в свете усилий, прилагаемых в настоящее время с целью возобновить мирный процесс, Израиль хотел бы выразить свое сожаление в связи с тем, что вышеупомянутые резолюции, касающиеся усилий Ближневосточного агентства Организации Объединенных Наций для помощи палестинским беженцам и организации работ (БАПОР), по‐прежнему изобилуют не имеющими значения политизированными формулировками, которые умаляют важность прилагаемых усилий.
