بموجب مرسوم السلطة العليا رقم 052-2002-PCM الصادر في 16 حزيران/يونيه 2002 أعلنت حالة الطوارئ في مقاطعة أريكويبا في جنوب البلد لمدة 30 يوماً وأوقف إعمال الحقوق المتعلقة بعدم انتهاك حرمة المسكن وحرية التنقل وحرية التجمع وحرية الفرد وأمنه في تلك المنطقة المنصوص عليها في الفقرات 9 و11 و12 و24(و) على التوالي من المادة 2 من دستور بيرو السياسي.

Supreme Decree No. 052-2002-PCM of 16 June 2002 declared a state of emergency in the Department of Arequipa, in the south of the country, for a period of 30 days, with the suspension in that region of the rights relating to inviolability of domicile, freedom of movement and freedom of assembly and to liberty and security of person provided for in article 2, paragraphs 9, 11, 12 and 24 (f), respectively, of the Political Constitution of Peru.

En virtud del Decreto supremo No 052-2002 –PCM, de 16 de junio de 2002, se declaró, por un período de 30 días, el estado de emergencia en el departamento de Arequipa, al sur del país, y se suspendieron en esa región los derechos relacionados con la inviolabilidad del domicilio, la libertad de circulación y la libertad de reunión, y con la libertad y la seguridad de la persona, previstos en los párrafos 9, 11,12 y 24 f), respectivamente, del artículo 2 de la Constitución Política del Perú.

Le décret suprême no 052‐2002‐PCM du 16 juin 2002 a proclamé un état d’exception dans le département d’Arequipa, au sud du pays, pour une période de 30 jours, avec suspension dans cette région des droits à l’inviolabilité du domicile, à la liberté de circulation, à la liberté de réunion ainsi qu’à la liberté et à la sécurité de la personne visés aux paragraphes 9, 11, 12 et 24 f) respectivement de l’article 2 de la Constitution politique du Pérou.
