শ্রীরাম – বৈচিত্র্যের মধ্যে একতার সংযোগসূত্র প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, বাল্মীকী রামায়ণ, তুলসীদাস, কবীর ও গুরুনানকের আদর্শ ও বাণীর মধ্য দিয়ে সুপ্রাচীন কাল থেকে মধ্যযুগীয় সময় পর্যন্ত মানুষের আলোর দিশারী হিসাবে আমাদের সমৃদ্ধ করেছেন। শ্রীরাম মহাত্মা গান্ধীর ভজনেও সমান প্রাসঙ্গিক, অহিংসা ও সত্যাগ্রহের উৎস হিসাবে সমান উল্লেখিত হয়েছেন।
