Following, the Government approved the National Strategic Program for Water (2013-2017), a working document which aims to promote sustainable and articulate of surface and groundwater resources management in the country, improvement of basic sanitation and water supply to the population, promotion of agriculture and fishing activities in inland waters, the development of potential tourism associated with water resources, as well as reducing energy dependence on non-renewable sources, favoring the production of electricity from hydropower.

A continuación, el Gobierno aprobó el Programa estratégico nacional para el agua (2013-2017), un documento de trabajo que busca promover la ordenación sostenible y racional de los recursos de aguas de superficie y subterráneas del país, mejorar el saneamiento básico y el suministro de agua a la población, promover las actividades agrícolas y pesqueras en las aguas interiores, desarrollar el turismo potencial asociado a los recursos de agua, así como reducir la dependencia energética de fuentes no renovables y favorecer la producción hidroeléctrica.

Le Gouvernement a dans la foulée approuvé le Programme stratégique national sur l’eau (2013-2017 pour promouvoir la gestion durable et rationnelle des ressources en eaux de surface et souterraines du pays, améliorer l’assainissement de base et l’approvisionnement en eau de la population, promouvoir les activités agricoles et la pêche dans les eaux intérieures, développer le tourisme aquatique et réduire la dépendance énergétique vis-à-vis des sources non renouvelables en favorisant la production hydroélectrique.

Впоследствии Правительство утвердило Национальную стратегическую программу в области водных ресурсов (2013−2017 годы) – рабочий документ, целью которого является содействие устойчивой и комплексной эксплуатации поверхностных и подземных водных ресурсов страны, развитие инфраструктуры обеспечения населения базовыми услугами в области водоснабжения и канализации, поощрение деятельности в области сельского хозяйства и рыболовства во внутренних водах, развитие потенциальных возможностей для туризма, связанного с водными ресурсами, а также снижение энергозависимости от невозобновляемых источников энергии за счет опережающего развития производства гидроэлектроэнергии.
