28 Във връзка с това, на първо място, следва да се отбележи, че с посоченото писмо се отговаря на писмото от 11 октомври 2013 г., с което жалбоподателят желае да получи допълнителни разяснения по становището на Комисията относно член 37 от Регламент No 1901/2006, както и на допълнителните становища относно правилното тълкуване, което според нея, следва да се направи на посочената разпоредба („We note that the Commission considers that Article 37 is not applicable to a ‘voluntary’ paediatric investigation plan.
