ويبدأ الاستهلاك في الشهر الذي يُصبح فيه أصل معين خاضعا لسيطرة المحكمة وفقاً للقواعد الدولية لتفسير المصطلحات التجارية ولا تقيد أي مصروفات استهلاك في الشهر الذي يتم فيه إخراج الأصل من الخدمة أو التخلص منه.
