ويحق للأشخاص الذين يجهلون اللغة المولدوفية أو يعجزون عن التحدث بها أن يتم إعلامهم بمحتوى الوثائق وبسير القضية ومخاطبة المحكمة بالاستعانة بمترجم فوري.

The persons who do not know or are unable to speak Moldovan have the right to be informed about the content of all documents and progress of the case and to talk in the court through an interpreter.

Las personas que desconocen el moldavo o no son capaces de hablarlo tienen derecho a ser informadas acerca del contenido de todos los documentos y del curso de la causa y a hablar ante el tribunal a través de un intérprete.

Лица, не владеющие молдавским языком или не говорящие на нем, имеют право ознакомиться со всеми документами и материалами дела и изъясняться в суде через переводчика.
