According to the present invention, the hinge apparatus comprises: a first slider; a second slider that is connected to the first slider, that moves in one direction relative to the first slider, and that changes over to a restricting position for restricting the turning of the first slider and to a releasing position for releasing the restriction on the turning of the first slider; and a turning unit that is connected to the first slider and that turns the first slider when the second slider is positioned in the releasing position.
