본 발명은 실리콘 기판에 에어갭 형성부를 형성한 후 멤브레인과 백 플레이트를 증착시키므로 멤브레인과 백 플레이트 사이의 간격을 정확하게 형성할 수 있는 멤스 마이크로폰 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 무전해도금 공정을 사용하여 멤브레인 또는/및 백 플레이트를 제작함으로써, 희생층의 평탄화 공정이 간단하며 잔류 응력의 감소 및 조절을 용이하게 할 수 있는 멤스(MEMS) 마이크로폰 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
