The fees shall be calculated in the following manner: when the judgment on the motion for an interlocutory injunction terminates the case or the judgment on the motion for a permanent injunction is not preceded by a judgment on motion for an interlocutory judgment, the advocate is entitled to the fees taxable on a judgment on the merits of the case.

Les honoraires se calculent de la façon suivante: lorsque le jugement sur la requête en injonction interlocutoire termine la cause ou que le jugement sur la requête en injonction permanente n’est pas précédé d’un jugement sur une requête en injonction interlocutoire, l’avocat a droit aux honoraires taxables sur un jugement au mérite de la cause.
