본 발명은 마모 보상 클러치 액츄에이터에 관한 것으로, 전동부(5)에서 전달되는 직선 왕복운동에 의해 클러치를 작동/해제하는 작동부(7)는, 하우징(15); 상기 하우징의 개방측 대향단에 돌출 형성된 지지허브(17); 상기 지지허브(17) 내에 장착되되, 내주면에 나선방향으로 안내레일(33)이 돌출된 안내링(19); 및 상기 하우징(15) 일측으로 노출된 일단은 클러치를 작동/해제하고, 그 대향측 타단은 외주면 상에 복수의 걸림돌기(38)가 방사상으로 돌출된 작동로드뭉치(20);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 안내링(19)은 상기 안내레일(33)이 맞닿음된 걸림돌기(38)에 의해 일방으로 가압될 때는 탄성 반발하면서 회전되고, 그 대향측 타방으로 가압될 때는 회전 구속되어 상기 작동로드뭉치(20)을 회전시키도록 되어 있고, 상기 작동로드뭉치(20)는 상기 걸림돌기(38)가 상기 안내레일(33)에 의해 구속되어 회전할 때 마모보상 동작을 하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 클러치 동작 구간 밖에서 클러치 완전결합 위치로부터 추가로 이동할 때 마모보상이 이루어지므로, 필요할 때만 마모 보상 동작이 수행되어 마모 보상에 관여하는 부품들의 내구 강도나 가용 수명의 증대를 기대할 수 있게 된다.
