Fig YELLOW jam Our jam is produced exclusively using artisan methods, the fruit is indeed left to ripen on the tree and hand-picked; afterwards it is washed and peeled by hand thus allowing a more careful selection in order to eliminate the damaged fruit.Once prepared, the fruit is blended in order to obtain a homogeneous product,which is then boiled with sugar and a small amount of pectin, (necessary to thicken) and finally put in jars and boiled again to help the preservation.

La nostra confettura è prodotta utilizzando esclusivamente metodi artigianali, infatti, la frutta viene fatta maturare sull’albero e raccolta a mano, dopodiché viene lavata e sbucciata sempre a mano permettendo una più attenta selezione finalizzata all’eliminazione di frutta sciupata. Una volta preparata, la frutta viene frullata al fine di ottenere un prodotto omogeneo, così viene poi bollita aggiungendoci zucchero ed una piccola quantità di pectina, (necessaria per addensarla) ed in fine messa in barattoli e bollita nuovamente per favorirne la conservazione.
