أيَّ متطلبات أخرى تقرِّرها الجهة المشترية وفقاً لهذا القانون وللوائح الاشتراء بشأن إعداد العروض وتقديمها وبشأن سائر جوانب التنافس في المرحلة الثانية؛

Cualquier otro requisito que fije la entidad adjudicadora, de conformidad con la presente Ley y con el reglamento de la contratación pública, que sea aplicable a la preparación y presentación de las propuestas y a otros aspectos de la segunda etapa competitiva;
