A helmet buckling band adjustment structure, comprising a helmet body (1), and an adjustment set (10) assembled on the inner edge of the helmet body; the adjustment set (10) comprises an adjustment and control device (2), a fastening band (3), and a main body (4); the adjustment and control device comprises a base (21) and a screw cap (22); the base (21) pivots a wire coil (23); the wire coil (23) is provided with an outer ring diameter (231); the screw cap (22) covers the wire coil (23); the fastening band (3) penetrates through the main body (4) in an interleaving manner, forming an inner ring (31) and an outer ring (32); the outer ring (32) enwinds the outer loop of the adjustment and control device (2) on the corresponding side of the main body (4); thus the screw cap (22) rotates to drive the wire coil (23) to coil up the outer ring (32), such that the inner ring (31) can shrink away from the outer ring (32), and the diameter of the inner ring (31) can be adjusted to shrink to the size of a head (5).
