To achieve this objective, the contact-type apparatus for inspecting side channels of a smartcard, according to the present invention, comprises: a contact inspection unit for controlling a voltage level to analyze power using the OP-AMP, which is connected to a ground terminal (GND) of the smartcard, while the smartcard carries out an encryption algorithm; a signal analysis unit for receiving, from the contact inspection unit, an input of a voltage change generated when the smartcard carries out the encryption algorithm; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the contact inspection unit and the signal analysis unit.
