Sometimes it's difficult for me to take these pills because of they say one tablet, twice daily. I don't know if they're talking take one in the morning, one in the evening, or take one in the afternoon or one in the evening. So usually what I do is take two of them in the morning, so that way I know I have them.

luego me tomo las pastillas, por lo general son 16 cada mañana a veces es difícil... para mí tomarme estas pastillas, por ejemplo cuando dicen 1 tableta dos veces al día, no sé si refieren a que se debe tomar una en la mañana y otra de noche, o si se debe tomar una en la tarde y otra en la noche. entonces lo que yo hago es tomar dos tabletas en la mañana y me aseguro asi que ya me las tomé.
