كذلك أقام موقع Women Watch شراكة مع موقع على الشبكة لمنظمات غير حكومية، وعنوانه Women Action 2000، بهدف تقديم التدريب على إقامة مواقع إقليمية على الشبكة بمناسبة مرور خمس سنوات على مؤتمر بيجين، وللعمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية لإعادة نشر معلومات موجودة في الشبكة من خلال وسائل الاتصال التقليدية كالإذاعات.

WomenWatch has also forged a partnership with a non-governmental organization web site, Women Action 2000, with the aim of providing training in the setting up of regional web sites on Beijing +5, and of working with non-governmental organizations to redisseminate Web‐based information through traditional means of communication, such as the radio.
