During the first phase of the system’s development, the company will provide 3D and early-warning mobile radars (between four and eight AN/TPS-78-type units, apparently) valued at $126 million, and it will develop the connection process of the new C4i to the Colombian Air Force’s (FAC) communications system (Andrómeda), in order to project encrypted information to their different air platforms in real time.

La empresa suministrará, para la primera fase de este sistema y por montos cercanos a los 126 millones de dólares, radares tácticos móviles 3D y de alerta temprana (entre 4 y 8 unidades al parecer del tipo AN/TPS-78), así como desarrollará además el proceso de conexión del nuevo C4i al sistema de comunicaciones (Andrómeda) de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana (FAC), con el fin de limita la susceptibilidad al jamming, al escoger dinámicamente la frecuencia menos interferida en la banda operativa de 300MHz.
