Unless otherwise agreed in the Contract, SUPPLIER shall deliver the Goods in accordance with Incoterms 2010 "DDP" and the Contract to the destination specified in the Order or Contract ("Location of Receipt").

Salvo que se acuerde de manera distinta en el presente Contrato, el PROVEEDOR entregará en el destino indicado en la Orden o el Contrato los Productos de conformidad con los Incoterms 2010 "DDP" (entregado con derechos pagados) y con el Contrato ("Lugar de Recepción").
