Its late owner Alen Perišić saw Bowa restaurant as a place for fine dining in the jungle. Architect Mate Braćić designed the cabanas gathered around the little beach, which are just the basis for the pleasant family atmosphere the restaurant offers. The staff and owners all had their say in the design of the restaurant, so it is little wonder they are now happy to work there and welcome their guests.

Restoran Bowa sagrađen je vizijom pokojnog vlasnika Alena Perišića koji je zamislio ‘fine dining u džungli’, a kabane raspoređene oko malog žala osmislio je arhitekt Mate Braćić. No, ono po čemu se Bowa ističe jest obiteljska atmosfera i njegovi zaposlenici koji su osobno sudjelovali u gradnji i uređenju restorana, a sada u njemu rade.
