The invention relates to a method for fast detection of specific nucleic acid fragments with the aid of a PCR, consisting in amplifying target products in a special DNA thermocycler, provided with a special reaction thermal unit, which makes it possible to obtain, in reaction vessels in the form of standard polypropylene test-tubes, an inclined temperature gradient directed at an angle to the direction of gravity.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection rapide de fragments spécifiques d'acides nucléiques à l'aide d'une réaction en chaîne de la polymérase, lequel procédé consiste à amplifier des produits cibles dans un thermocycleur d'ADN spécial pourvu d'une unité thermique distincte permettant d'obtenir, dans des récipients de réaction se présentant sous la forme de tubes à essai standards en polypropylène, un gradient de température incliné formant un angle avec la direction de la force de gravité.

Разработан способ быстрой детекции специфичных фрагментов нуклеиновых кислот с помощью ПЦР, в которой амплификация целевых продуктов ведется в специальном ДНК термоциклере, оснащенном особым реакционным термоблоком, обеспечивающем в реакционных сосудах, которыми служат стандартные полипропиленовые пробирки, наклонный градиент температуры, ориентированный под углом к направлению действия силы тяжести.
