Se realizó análisis de tejidos (raíz, tallo, hoja, flores y frutos), definiéndose las etapas fenológicas más importantes del ciclo del cultivo; las evaluaciones se realizaron a los 75, 112, 150 y 225 días después de la siembra (dds) tomándose una muestra por tratamiento en cada etapa fenológica, obteniéndose el peso fresco de cada órgano para luego ser enviadas al laboratorio de fa UNALM para su respectivo análisis nutricional, el método utilizado para la determinación de fosforo y potasio fue el de Kjeldahl.
