Communication of information between suppliers or contractors and the procuring entity referred to in articles # and # (a) # (d) # (b) to (f) and # to update for revisions to Model Law] [and any other information generated in the course of a procurement under this Law other than information referred to in paragraph of this article] may be made by means that do not provide a record of the content of the information on the condition that, immediately thereafter, confirmation of the communication is given to the recipient of the communication in a form that provides a record of the content of the information and that is accessible so as to be usable for subsequent reference
