This polarization inherent to the capitalist system has accentuated the contradictions between workers and capitalists, those who own and those who are dispossessed of the means of production and the developed and underdeveloped nations. This has generated rejection by a very broad movement of social and political forces worldwide –environmentalists, women, youth and students, aboriginal people, blacks and campesinos, etc., who are unfolding numerous actions and have manifest growing activity and militancy as was notable at the demonstrations against the meetings of the WTO, the Group of 8, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, among others.

Esta polarización inherente al sistema capitalista ha acentuado las contradicciones entre obreros y capitalistas entre los propietarios y no propietarios de los medios de producción o entre las naciones desarrolladas y las naciones subdesarrolladas y ha generado el rechazo de un amplísimo movimiento de fuerzas sociales y políticas en todo el mundo- ecologistas, mujeres, jóvenes y estudiantes, indígenas, negritudes, campesinos etc. que vienen desplegando numerosas acciones y han mostrado una creciente actividad y combatividad, como fue notorio en las manifestaciones contrarias a las reuniones de la OMC, del Grupo de los 8, del Banco Mundial y el Fondo Monetario Internacional y otras.
