According to an embodiment of the present invention, a scheduling method for an access point in a wireless local area network (WLAN) comprises the steps of: calculating real transmission time according to data transmission to a terminal selected by a transmission priority and basic transmission time ensuring the least minimum transmission rate; and configuring scheduled index information indicating the data transmission priority for the terminal associated with other terminals, according to a result of a comparison between the calculated real transmission time and the basic transmission time.
