Upon ratification, the Republic of Bulgaria, in pursuance of Article 2 (a) of the Convention, declared that it accepts the obligations of the Convention in respect of Parts I (General Provisions), II (Medical Care), III (Sickness Benefit), V (Old-Age Benefit), VI (Employment Injury Benefit), VII (Family Benefit), VIII (Maternity Benefit) and X (Survivors’ Benefit).

Al hacerlo, la República de Bulgaria, en cumplimiento del párrafo a) del artículo 2 del Convenio, declaró que aceptaba las obligaciones dimanadas del Convenio respecto de las Partes I (Disposiciones Generales), II (Asistencia Médica), III (Prestaciones Monetarias de Enfermedad), V (Prestaciones de Vejez), VI (Prestaciones en Caso de Accidente del Trabajo y de Enfermedad Profesional), VII (Prestaciones Familiares), VIII (Prestaciones de Maternidad) y X (Prestaciones de Sobrevivientes).
