Compared to conventional exhaust hood , energy-saving exhaust hood operates with 70 % of fresh , unheated air supplied to the hood by means of a separate fan and a duct . Within the hood the supply air is fed to the adjustable jet-profiled slot through which it is discharged at increased velocity towards exhaust filters .

Razlika je u tome što eko- napa u odnosu na obicnu ubacuje 70 % vanjskog negrijanog zraka koji se dovodi zasebnim ventilatorom i kanalom , te se unutar same nape kroz podesivi prorez- profila mlaznice , povećanom brzinom ubacuje na odsisne filtre .
