The present invention relates to a system and a computer implemented method for referral technique by sharing social network that facilitates the networking in a manner by sharing referrer's social network with the user thereby allowing the access to the contacts of referrer wherein the user can search for appropriate recommendations or referral appearing in personalized recommendation feed for the user.
