(12) Any issue for arbitration involving the Inuvialuit and Industry or the Inuvialuit and Canada shall be referred to a panel of five (5) members of the Arbitration Board, two (2) of whom shall be designated by each of the interested parties, and the Chairman or ViceChairman. as designated by the Chairman.

(12) Tout litige soumis à l'arbitrage par deux (2) parties, soit les Inuvialuit et l'industrie, soit les Inuvialuit et le Canada, doit être porté devant un comité composé de cinq (5) membres de la Commission d'arbitrage, dont le président ou le vice-président, au choix du président, chacune des parties au litige désignant deux (2) membres du comité.
