According to Section 18 of the Statistics Act, public data include: business identity code, legal form, the name, industry, language code, domicile, address and other contact information, type of owner, the location of activity and establishments, size category of turnover and type classification of entrepreneurial activity, total number of personnel and number of personnel by municipality, whether they are involved in international trade, whether they belong to the value added tax and preliminary tax withholding register, whether they are involved in primary production, whether they operate as an employer, and group relationships of corporations, foundations and self-employed persons.
