فقد قامت حكومة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة من خلال الهيئة الاتحادية للجمارك بالتعميم لكافة إدارات الجمارك بالعمل على الالتزام بعدم التعامل أو توريد الأصناف والمواد والمعدات والسلع والتكنولوجيات أو بيعها أو نلقها، بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة انطلاقا من أراضي الدولة أو بواسطة رعاياها أو استخدام السفن أو الطائرات التي ترفع أعلامها أو لاستخدامها فيها أو استفادتها منها، سواء أكان مصدرها من أراضي الدولة أم لا. وكذلك ما جاء في الفقرات الفرعية (أ) و (ب) و (ج) من الفقرة من القرار رقم

The Government of the United Arab Emirates, through the Federal Customs Authority, has issued a circular to all customs administrations regarding efforts concerning the obligation not to deal [sic] or to supply, sell or transfer directly or indirectly from the territory of the United Arab Emirates, or by its nationals or using its flag vessels or aircraft, or for their use therein [sic] or the benefit thereof, and whether or not originating in its territory, all items, materials, equipment, goods and technology [sic], and also what is mentioned [sic] in paragraph # (a), (b) and (c) of resolution
