The device is provided with a transmission/reception unit (2) for receiving a registration request command of structured data or a provision request command of the structured data, and a matching determination unit (3) for detecting reference data format information which matches the property structure of the received structured data among a plurality of pieces of reference data format information, wherein, in response to the registration request command, the structured data is registered in a storage area which was previously assigned to the detected reference data format information, and in response to the provision request command, the registered structured data is read out and output from the storage area which was previously assigned to the detected reference data format information.
