본 발명에 따른 홍삼농축액 제조방법은 항암, 암치료, 항암제 독성 감소, 암예방, 면역증진 및 혈전병 예방에 특히, 효능이 우수한 Rg3 및 Rh2 성분을 동시에 강화시킨 홍삼농축액을 제공하는 것이므로 본 발명의 홍삼농축액은 암치료, 암예방, 면역증진 등에 보다 우수한 효능을 나타내는 효과가 있으며, 또한, 백삼보다 약리효능이 더 뛰어난 홍삼추출액을 이용하면서 인체에 유익한 유기산을 이용하여 가수분해시킴으로써, 정제를 위한 정제수의 부가적인 사용 및 제거에 따른 과정이 필요 없으며, 또 폐액이 전혀 발생되지 않으므로 효율적이고 단순화된 공정에 의해 Rg3 및 Rh2 성분을 동시에 고농도로 강화시킨 홍삼농축액을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
