To that end, the working groups also considered the oral and written presentations by representatives of non-governmental organizations, including Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Equality Now, the International League for Human Rights, the Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights, and several national human rights non-governmental organizations.
