واقترح إنشاء عشر وظائف لمكتب منسق الأمم المتحدة الخاص لشؤون لبنان، وبيانها كالتالي: (أ) ست وظائف فنية: نائب لمنسق خاص (أ ع م)، ومدير للشؤون السياسية (مد-1)، وموظفان للشؤون السياسية (1 ف-4 و 1 ف-3)، وموظف معاون للشؤون السياسية (ف-2)، ومساعد شخصي لنائب المنسق الخاص (خدمات عامة (الرتب الأخرى))؛ و (ب) وظيفتان إداريتان: مساعد للموارد البشرية (خ م)، ومساعد للاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات (خ م)؛ و (ج) وظيفتان أمنيتان: رئيس لوحدة الحماية الشخصية (ف-2) وموظف تنسيق (خ م) (المرجع نفسه، الفقرتان 72 و 73).

Ten international positions are proposed for the Office of the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, as follows: (a) six substantive positions: one Deputy Special Coordinator (Assistant Secretary-General), one Director of Political Affairs (D‐1), two Political Affairs Officers (1 P‐4 and 1 P‐3), one Associate Political Affairs Officer (P‐2) and one Personal Assistant to the Deputy Special Coordinator (General Service (Other Level)); (b) two administrative positions: one Human Resources Assistant (Field Service) and one Communications and Information Technology Assistant (Field Service); and (c) two security positions: the Head of the Close Protection Unit (P‐2) and one Coordination Officer (Field Service) (ibid., paras. 72 and 73).

Se proponen 10 puestos de contratación internacional para la Oficina del Coordinador Especial de las Naciones Unidas para el Líbano, desglosados como sigue: a) seis puestos sustantivos: un Coordinador Especial Adjunto (Subsecretario General), un Director de Asuntos Políticos (D‐1), dos oficiales de asuntos políticos (1 P‐4 y 1 P‐3), un oficial adjunto de asuntos políticos (P‐2), y un auxiliar personal del Coordinador Especial Adjunto [cuadro de servicios generales (otras categorías)]; b) dos puestos administrativos: un auxiliar de recursos humanos (Servicio Móvil) y un auxiliar de comunicaciones y tecnología de la información (Servicio Móvil); y c) dos puestos de seguridad: un Jefe de la Dependencia de Escolta (P‐2) y un oficial de coordinación (Servicio Móvil) (ibíd., párrs. 72 y 73).

Dix nouveaux postes donnant lieu à recrutement sur le plan international sont demandés pour le Bureau du Coordonnateur spécial des Nations Unies pour le Liban : a) 6 postes organiques : 1 poste de coordonnateur spécial adjoint (SSG), 1 poste de directeur des affaires politiques (D‐1), 2 postes de spécialiste des questions politiques (1 P‐4 et 1 P‐3), 1 poste de spécialiste adjoint des questions politiques (P‐2) et le poste d’assistant personnel du coordonnateur spécial adjoint [GS (G‐1/G‐6)] ; b) 2 postes administratifs : 1 poste d’assistant de gestion des ressources humaines (Service mobile) et 1 poste d’assistant informaticien (Service mobile) ; c) 2 postes pour les services de sécurité : le poste du chef du Groupe de la protection rapprochée (P‐2), et 1 poste d’agent de coordination (Service mobile) [ibid., par. 72 et 73].
